TLC Fort Worth Foundation is a non-profit 501 c 3 foundation formed to support and raise funds in the fight against autism. TLC's primary beneficiary is FEAT-NT, Families for Effective Autism Treatment - North Texas. We continue to hear in the news, almost daily, about the increase in incidence of autism. The incidence of autism has risen from 1 in 10,000 just ten years ago to 1 in each 150 children born in the USA today. Think of what that means; if the employees of your company have 1000 young children, there is a chance that 6 or more of those children have been or will be diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. I was driven to find a way to support a unique local organization that dedicates itself to supporting families and professionals who live with autism each day. FEAT-NT is that organization.
